What paper do you use?
The super matt finish of Hahnemüle Photorag makes this paper one of our most popular papers amongst artists, illustrators & photographers alike. The paper gives muted, strong blacks with even colour reproduction, and shows excellent detail. The surface has minimal texture with a chalky smooth cotton feel which creates smooth colour gradients on a delicate surface, and is perfect for my style of photography.

About the frames
​
Prints come in hand-crafted premium frames of oak, black or white, mounted and with anti-reflective glass. The solid wood used is from sustainable sources. No veneers, MDF or any other type of reconstituted materials are used. Every corner is carefully glued, sealed and sanded to the join - in order to achieve a completely seamless and smooth feel.
The frames use 100% acid free materials and are FSC certified and guarantee the quality and archival properties of every frame made.
How is my order sent and when will it arrive?
Delivery is by DHL courier and normally takes from two to five working days in the UK. Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping destination. You will be kept up to date with your order's progress via email. If you have any questions please contact me using the form in the menu above.

All orders are all sent by DHL Express courier.
What payment methods do you use?
Upon checkout, you will be transferred to a secure portal for processing payment by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or a PayPal account. All payments are securely processed by the Wix Merchant Services, a global online payment processor using the most stringent security standards. The SSL encryption on my website is to protect your information.
I do not handle, store or see any of your credit or debit card information.

How will I be notified about the status of my order?
Upon placing an order, you will receive an email from me thanking you for your order, with your order details and number. ThePrintSpace need one to two days to prepare your order. As soon as it has been dispatched, you will receive an email from Art Prints, containing a link to track the the status your order to your door.

What do I do if my print arrives damaged?
If your print arrives damaged, please let me know immediately. Please send a description and photograph of the damage and send to hello@nommie.co.uk. I will then arrange to replace the print accordingly .
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, you can buy and send a gift voucher to use on my website. You choose the amount you'd like to send and can write a personal message to make the gift your own. You can also specify the sending date to ensure your recipient receives their voucher on their special day.
